Notice To Proposers for 299-301 Bacon Street

The Board of Trustees of the Town of Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Trust”) invites the submission of sealed proposals for the sale of a parcel held by the Trust, located at 299-301 Bacon Street, Natick, Massachusetts. 

The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained from Coldwell Banker Realty, the Trust’s designated broker, by emailing susie.gear@cbrealty.com beginning on September 2, 2026.

Sealed Proposals, contained in sealed envelopes marked “RFP: Sale of the Bacon Street Property” will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, October 15, 2026, by Coldwell Banker Realty, 84 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02482. Proposal opening, as a public event, will be viewable online, via the ZOOM platform, at the following address: https://zoom.us/launch/jc/97515081289, Meeting ID: 975 1508 1289; Passcode: 299Bacon. 

All Proposals shall comply with the RFP issued by the Trust including, without limitation, the Proposal Submission Requirements. The Trust reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Proposals in the best interest of the Trust. Any Proposal submitted will be binding for seventy-five (75) calendar days subsequent to the deadline date for receipt of sealed Proposals.
