Located on Rte. 27/ Main Street north of Rte. 9, this is a small, nonconforming vacant lot. In 2019 the project began through a tax title process administered by the Town. In 2020, with permission from the Select Board, the trust conducted a zoning analysis and produced conceptual plans for a house location on the lot. The Trust is working to make that hope a reality in 2026.
