New “Housing for All” Rental Assistance Program for Natick
Renters who live in, or are currently moving to the Town of Natick, and are at risk of losing their housing, have a new source of help. The “Housing for All” program provides up to $2,000, directly to your landlord, for unpaid rent or a security deposit so that you and/or your family can stay in your current home or move to a new one.
Do I Qualify?
You may be eligible for the Housing for All program if:
You are at risk of eviction, are behind in your rent or are in need of a security deposit.
You currently live in or are moving to Natick, You are experiencing a hardship, such as loss of income due to a job loss, illness, injury or disability, unexpected medical bills, caregiving expenses, etc.
You are not currently receiving a housing subsidy such as a Section 8 voucher and do not live in subsidized housing.
Your household earns less than 100% of our “area median income”, and you have $6,000 or less in assets. Please reference the chart below to see the maximum household incomes that are eligible for this program.
What Do I Need
You will need documentation of all forms of income, such as wages and/or social security, as well as assets including bank and investment account statements.

The “Housing for All” program is an effort of the Natick Service Council, Family Promise Metro West, Natick Council on Aging/Human Services, and the Natick Affordable Housing Trust Fund to support middle-income individuals and families, who are not otherwise eligible for assistance, to maintain their housing.
