2) Public Speak: Any individual may raise an issue that is not included on the agenda and it will be taken under advisement by the Board. 3) Main Discussion Topics:
a) 299/301 Bacon Street - The Board will evaluate, review, and discuss the submissions received on October 15, 2026, in response to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the potential sale of 299/301 Bacon Street, Natick MA 01760. If necessary, the Board will approve a disposition strategy for the property. b) Ballot Question No. 7
