Cedar Gardens Feasibility Study
Concerned about the condition (and future viability) of the NHA’s Cedar Gardens development, the Trust approached the NHA with the idea of funding a study that would examine the creation of additional units, with improvements to common areas and increasing accessibility. The study was completed in 2020 and illustrates how development can be improved.
